2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal, and to provide accurate, current and complete information at all times.

3. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, that we are required to restrict by law, or that we reasonably suspect of fraud or abuse.

4. Deposits, investments and withdrawals

• Deposits are credited to your balance after we confirm receipt.
• Funds you allocate are managed by the CapitalTrade AI engine. Any figures shown (including projected returns, upside or confidence scores) are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Withdrawals are subject to review and approval (typically within 24 hours). A minimum withdrawal amount applies. Each withdrawal against an active investment is drawn part from accrued profit and part from capital; invested capital is not freely withdrawable.
• We may apply limits, holds or additional verification where required for security or legal compliance.

5. No guarantee of returns

Investing carries risk, including the possible loss of some or all of your capital. Nothing in the Service is a promise or guarantee of any particular return. Please read our Risk Disclosure, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Not financial advice

The Service, including the AI stock analyzer and any signals or scores, is provided for information only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax or legal advice or a personal recommendation. You are responsible for your own decisions and should seek independent advice where appropriate.

7. Referral programme

Where a referral programme is offered, bonuses are credited under the rules published in the Service and may be changed or withdrawn. We may withhold or reverse bonuses obtained through abuse, self-referral or fraud.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes, money laundering or fraud;
• attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to access;
• interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service; or
• provide false information or impersonate another person.

9. Intellectual property

All content, branding and software in the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for investment losses, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for fraud). Our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you have paid to us, if any.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these Terms or where required by law. On termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights.
